7 Rules We Game And Teach By

Encourage kids who are having trouble and congratulate those who are playing well.

Strive to uphold the same standards of behavior that you expect everyone else to maintain.

Take a moment to consider the circumstances; remember that in a competitive game, more often than not, the other player is just venting their frustration. Try not to take it personally.

Provide an opportunity for kids to practice and develop their language and social skills while flexing their imaginations.

It’s good to know a few things you have in common with your player but the focus should be on the gameplay. Things like politics, religion, and other personal issues should remain private out of respect for the parents, kids, and other players. Focus on the goal of the session.

Treat others online the way you want to be treated in real life.

It’s great to be a master of your craft but sometimes it’s just as important to be able to take a back seat and adapt to a new game or situation.
